Background
I have a degree in applied Science from GMIT, Galway. I started my work life as a laboratory technician in the pharmaceutical industry. I have an understanding of the Food and Drug (FDA) regulations pertaining to the pharma industry. For fifteen years, I worked in manufacturing mainly in the area of electro-plating where I specialised in metal surface technology. When that industry moved to China, I looked to the Medical Devices industry for work hoping to combine my earlier knowledge with my experience gained around metal surface.
