Background
Past pupil of The National College of Art & Design , DIT and LIT.
- Graduating in Graphic Design, Print Technology and Product Design.
- Runner up in Irelands first Student design Awards, 2005.
- Work experience in leading Design and Advertising agencies in both Cork and Dublin, including, DDFH&B, FPG, Clare County Council and The Arts Council of Ireland.
I have worked for a number of years in our family business, Crimmins Bakery. I have also completed specialist food development training at the Food Technology Centre in Raheen, Limerick.
Business Concept
My business concept is based in the speciality food and consumer products market. I am developing long life, consumer ready, high quality food poducts for the export market.
